The Brief


Vios is an independent, family-run Mediterranean concept store based in Brighton. They specialise in
authentic food and homeware from Greece and other Mediterranean countries.


Vios were looking for professional help and expertise to take their social media presence to the next
level. They asked us to help them with their social media advertising in order to direct locals to dine
in the café and sell specific products via the online shop.

What We Did


As with all our clients, we started by developing a social media strategy. This covered areas such as
the tone of voice that should be used and the frequency and types of posts that should be posted to
appeal to their target audience.


Working collaboratively with the client we made the food, ingredients and the people the stars of
their social media activity with a minimum of 6 posts per week.

The Results


Vios now has a vibrant, active social media advertising campaign that showcases their excellent
Mediterranean cuisine and homeware. Social media engagement and followers are up significantly
which is driving website traffic resulting in both increased awareness and ultimately in-store
customers and sales.
